Here's what's cooking this week:
Sunday 3/8 - Chili with Toppings, Cherry Jell-O with Fruit
This is an easy dinner to have after we enjoy one last Christmas gift that we've been saving for Kat -- a trip to an indoor water park. Unfortunately, we didn't get to go to the water park because Shane wasn't feeling well, but we still enjoyed the chili.
Monday 3/9 - Steak, Creamy Herbed Potatoes, Steamed Broccoli, Lettuce Salad
Tuesday 3/10 - Chili Dog Stuffed Bread, Sauteed Green Beans with Carrots and Mushrooms, Lettuce Salad
This will use any chili that's left over from Sunday.
Wednesday 3/11 - Beef Pot Pie, Lettuce Salad, Cinnamon Peach Slices
Thursday 3/12 - Snack Night: Ham & Cheese Pinwheels, Potato Nachos, Fruit (to be determined), Homemade Onion Dip and Chips
Friday 3/13 - Clean Out The Refrigerator Night
Saturday 3/14 - Broiled Swai (aka Basa) Fillets, Rice Casserole, Asparagus, Whiskey-Glazed Carrots

I want to try the whiskey glazed carrots.... yummy! I bet I can get the 11 year old to eat them too.
