Still getting used to the idea of being at work full-time. Luckily, I still have some dishes I made ahead of time and stuck in the freezer. They're shown in green.

Sunday and Tuesday: Chicken Breasts Diane, Noodles, Asparagus

Monday and Wednesday: Cranberry Pork Loin, Mashed Potatoes, Creamy Broccoli Bake

Thursday and Saturday: Hamburger Rice Stew, Cornbread, Fruit Salad

Friday: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Ramen Noodle Soup, Fruit Salad

I actually am writing out a weeks menu - and it really does make life easier. Now, I just remembered I need to pull some hamburger out of the freezer for tomorrow night!

Donna: I was unimpressed with the pork loin recipe :(. And yes, we are ok. We were far north of the tornadoes; we had snow instead.

FG: Yay for you! It seems like an insignificant thing to do, but I think it really does help!
