Cranberry pork loin sounds great...hope all is well with you sweetie!!
I actually am writing out a weeks menu - and it really does make life easier. Now, I just remembered I need to pull some hamburger out of the freezer for tomorrow night!
PS- Are you OK??? Did you get any of those storms??????
Donna: I was unimpressed with the pork loin recipe :(. And yes, we are ok. We were far north of the tornadoes; we had snow instead.
FG: Yay for you! It seems like an insignificant thing to do, but I think it really does help!
Just flying by. Hope all is going well with your job and adjusting. I still havnt posted my menu plan for this week and today is Friday. I had it in my head and the week has still been smooth.
