Weekly Menu - 4/27 thru 5/3

We had to be away from the house one night last week at dinnertime and ended up using a coupons for Backyard Burger. That means the Tuna Dinner Pastries from last week got moved to this week.


Sunday and Wednesday: Cheese Ravioli with Vegetable Marinara Sauce, Homemade Garlic Breadsticks, Garden Salad, Mixed Fruit

Monday: Tuna Dinner Pastries, Zucchini-Tomato Medley, Potato Salad, Garden Salad

Tuesday: Grilled Brats and Hot Dogs with Sauteed Peppers and Onions, Potato Salad, Hominy

Thursday and Saturday: Baked Pork Loin, Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Garden Salad

Friday: Meatball Sandwiches with Sauteed Peppers and Onions, Fried Zucchini, Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Lisa: All the salad recipes are coming out of hiding. But, you know, I could eat soup and chili all year round.
