Keeping it simple during Christmas week:
Sunday and Monday: Spaghetti with Sauce (no meat), Buttered Corn, Garlic Toast from Homemade Bread.
Christmas Day: See below.
Wednesday and Friday: Baked Potato Soup, BLT Sandwiches, Chips
Thursday and Saturday: Pork Loin with Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Butter Beans, Stir-Fry Veggies

For our Christmas meal, it's become something of a tradition to have
a spread of hors d'oeuvres* instead of a sit-down meal.
Here's what I have planned:
Morning:
Christmas Egg Scramble
Cranberry Swirl Bread
Tropical Tea
Coffee
Throughout the Day:
Peach-Glazed Meatballs
Gooey Pizza Dip with Chips
Hummus (store-bought) with Pita Chips (homemade)
Cold Cuts and Bread for Sandwiches
A Variety of Crackers
A Variety of Cookies
A Small Bit of Christmas Candy

A Little Thing To Save Money: This skill took me years to master, but whenever I think I've planned for just the right amount of holiday treats, I go back to my list and delete one recipe. :)
