I don't know about you, but the past week just flew by. It's hard to believe it's time for a new week of meals. Here they are:
Once: "Bar Food": Cheese-stuffed Breaded Artichoke Hearts, Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, a couple of Hash Brown Patties, a couple of Fried Meat Pies, a handful of Onion Rings.*
Twice: Homemade Pepperoni and Veggie Pizza, Applesauce, Lettuce Salad
Twice: Cheese-filled Manicotti with Meat Sauce*, Garlic Bread Sticks, Cinnamon Carrots
Once (on Halloween): Chili with Corn Chips and toppings such as sour cream and cheddar cheese, Halloween Mummy Dogs, Applesauce, Carrot Sticks with Dip
Once: Blackened Shrimp, Quick Onion Rice, Acorn Squash, Creamed Spinach
* This is a bunch of small-quantity leftovers in the freezer, most of which are deep-fried items like you'd find on a tavern menu. Alone, they're not much, but together, they make a meal. Sorta.
** This has been on our menus a lot lately. That's because I had a huge box of manicotti shells and stuffed them all the same day and flash-froze them to be used at later times. We are just about to the end of them. They're good, but I'm ready for them to be gone.

Feel free to ship any of the stuff (like the cheese-stuffed manicotti) you get tired of to me. That sounds delish!
Dave: I could send it via UPS (United Pasta Service).
