I found a great new blog called BlogChef.net that features a lot of Chinese dishes. I'll be trying three of them this week.
Sunday 3/29 - Steak Diane, Asparagus with Peas and Basil, Baked Potatoes, Corn, Rolls
Monday 3/30 - Mystery-shopped pizza, California Salad
Tuesday 3/31 - Braised Pork Chops with Cream Gravy, Steamed Broccoli, Mashed Potatoes, Rolls
Wednesday 4/1 - Two kinds of Chinese chicken (Honey Chicken and General Tso's Chicken), Rice, Asparagus, Crab Rangoon
Thursday 4/2 - Pork Chop Leftovers from Tuesday
Friday 4/3 - Chinese Chicken Leftovers from Wednesday
Saturday 4/4 - Pasta Carbonara a la Pastor Ryan, Garlic Bread Sticks, Green Beans, Canned Pears

Thanks for the tip! I checked out that website and am going to have to try some of those recipes (sans some of the frying). I might change up my menu next week and try lo mein or something. :)
I've been perusing that blog and found SEVERAL Chinese recipes I'm dying to try! We'll have to compare notes. I think I'm going to try Orange Chicken and Vegetable Lo Mein. I'd love to hear how you like the ones you make. I won't bread and fry my chicken, though, so it will be a little different from the recipe. Thanks again!!!
