I've been busy with some projects that haven't allowed me much time for blog posts. Maybe that will change this week.
This is the last week that I'll be posting full menus for a while. I've joined the Rolling Prairie Farmers Alliance subscription program, and will be getting fresh produce every Wednesday starting this week. I'll have no idea what each week's produce will be, so starting next week and through the growing season, I'll be posting only the main dishes of my weekly menu. I do hope to post how I prepare the produce, especially if it's something I haven't tried often or at all.
Now, as to how I ended up with two German-style meals in the same week, I'm not sure. It just worked out that way.
Sunday and Wednesday: Pasta Primavera, Garlic Toast, Ice Cream
Monday and Thursday: Bean and Rice Burritos, Homemade Guacamole, Hominy, Garden Salad
Tuesday: Jaeger Schnitzel (breaded pork tenderloin w/mushroom gravy), Spaetzle (German noodles), Cabbage, Rolls, Garden Salad
Friday: Bratwurst and Potato Casserole, Veggies dependent on what we get from Rolling Prairie
Saturday: Copycat of Quiznos Flatbread Sammies, French Fries, Ice Cream
