We went camping over the long weekend. I didn't think all the greens would hold up well in the cooler. I didn't want them to wilt or spoil at home in the fridge either, so I picked up some of these Green Bags (website will play audio) and stored the veggies in them before we left on Friday. Everything seems to be holding up well. I plan to do a product review on the bags in a few days.
Sunday: We had leftovers from camping (a campground cooking post is in the works).
Monday and Wednesday: Pizza and salad. The pizza wasn't homemade this time. We called for delivery; a rare event around here.
Tuesday: Shrimp Etouffee, Beans and Rice, Fried Okra, Turnip Greens, Garden Salad (lettuces and spinach)
Thursday and Saturday: Cheese Ravioli with Marinara Sauce, Mustard Greens, Garlic Toast, Garden Salad
Friday: Popcorn Chicken, Cooked Turnips, Pasta Salad, Garden Salad
