Weekly Menu - 4/20 thru 4/26

Late to post this, because I was busy with a lot of other things yesterday afternoon. Same today, so the "easy" meals are first this week; the more time-consuming ones start Tuesday.


Sunday: Hamburger Helper, Mixed Vegetables, Garlic Toast, Pineapple

Monday: Breaded Fish Fillets, Macaroni & Cheese, Turnip Greens, Jello with Mandarin Oranges

Tuesday and Thursday:
Southwestern Falafels (from Melissa at A Penny Closer), Homemade Pitas, Cucumber and Sour Cream Salad, Mediterranean Rice

Wednesday and Saturday: Italian Sausage Subs, French Fries, Garden Salad

Friday: Tuna Dinner Pastries, Zucchini-Tomato Medley, Pasta Salad
