Weekly Menu - 3/16 thru 3/22

For once, I'm on time with the menu. I did the pre-cooking yesterday. Those dishes, as usual, are highlighted. Anything not made ahead is a quick fix.


Sunday and Tuesday: Ham and Potato Chowder, Homemade Rolls, Canned Peaches

Monday and Wednesday: Corned Beef and Cabbage, Potatoes, Beer Bread, Salad

Thursday: Smoked Sausage, Mac & Cheese, Spinach, Apples (with or without caramel dip)

Friday: Miscellaneous Leftovers (I'm hoping for enough corned beef left to make hash), Beer Bread, Apples

Saturday: Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Patties

Thanks for some good ideas on your blog, Annie.

I discovered a super-quick recipe for bread this weekend and plan on posting it on my blog in near future. You don't knead the dough, and the dough stays in a container in the refrigerator until you pull some off to bake. Wonderful. I can't wait to try it.
