Weekly Menu - 2/24 thru 3/1

Ive made a lot of soups and stews over the winter, and most of them had a serving or two left over that I put in the freezer. Those last servings will be making their way to the table this week. Everything in green is already cooked and in the freezer.


Sunday: Great Northern Bean Stew, Cornbread Muffins, Salad

Monday: Tacos (meat for tacos), Refried Beans, Fruit Cobbler

Tuesday and Thursday: Spicy Cheeseburger Soup (meat for soup), Biscuits, 7-Layer Salad

Wednesday and Friday: Peppery Roast Beef w/ Horseradish Sauce, BBQ Sweet Potato Wedges, 7-Layer Salad

Saturday: Minestrone Soup, Sandwiches (yet to be determined)
