I have busy week ahead; many of the week's meals have dishes that I cooked and froze ahead of time, either in their entirety or partially, such as the ground beef for the Hamburger Helper and the rice for the rice pudding.
Once: "Barbecued" Shrimp (not grilled, just "BBQ" seasoned), Oven-Roasted Veggies, Twice-Baked Potatoes
Twice: Hamburger Helper Basil Penne Pasta (yes, I'll use Hamburger Helper once in a while, especially when I can get it for 69¢ a box), Cornbread Muffins, Salad
Twice: Beer-Grilled Chicken, V-8 Bread, Curried Fruit Salad, Deviled Eggs
Twice: Deep-Dish Salmon (or tuna) Pie, Fresh Veggies with Dill dip, Salad, Rice Pudding
Before anyone gets freaky over the idea of salmon pie, take a look. How can something like this be a bad thing?

If you ever have left overs, you can bring them over here. Plzthxbi. :)
Sheila: Be careful what you wish for. :)
Salmon pie sounds good, as long as you cut the head off.
Sometimes when you order fish stew or other seafood dishes at restaurants, they include the whole bodies of stuff like shrimp or crawfish. Obviously you have to get your hands dirty "cleaning" the food before you eat it! BAH.
That dish sounds delish.
Ooooooooooooooooo, that looks so good. :)
Dave: Fish heads, fish heads, roly poly fish heads...
ajooja: It really was good. Same basic recipe as a chicken pot pie. I may post it later this week.
