The line-up for this week is as follows:
Once: Salmon with Balsamic Sauce, Olive Rice Pilaf, Broccoli-Cauliflower Mix with Cheese Sauce
Twice: Franks & Beans with Cornmeal Dumplings, Baked Acorn Squash, Home-Style Green Beans
Twice: Pork Stew/Soup*, Pumpkin Muffins, Lettuce Salad
Twice: Cheese Manicotti with Meat Sauce, Garlic Toast, Home-Style Green Beans
* I've never been able to decide if this is stew or a soup. It has nice, big pieces of pork and veggies, but it's in a thin, clear broth. It's good, whichever it is. I'll post the recipe later this week.
