I still haven't heard anything about the corporate job I've been trying to land, but I'm set up for another easy temp job next week.
On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I'll be walking around one of the national mega-stores with a clicker, counting customers. I'll get paid double-digits per hour for eight hours each day, but the shifts are 20 minutes on, 40 minutes off or something like that, so I'll actually get paid for nothing most of the time.
It's good work when you can get it.

This is AWESOME! So is the 40 minutes off in hopes of not double counting customers? Giving new ones a chance to come in & the 'same old' a change to get out?
or a chanCe to get out...not change. sheesh.
Tug: It could be even longer than 40 minutes between counts, I'm not sure. But I think you must be right that it gives time for "old" customers to leave and new ones to come in.
