Recipe: Pork Chops with Onion-Mushroom Gravy

These pork chops are so quick and easy, they're practically fast food.

Pork Chops with Onion-Mushroom Gravy

8 pork loin chops, trimmed of fat
1 package dry onion soup mix*
1 family-size can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Heat oven to 300° F. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with non-stick spray.

Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over the top. Place chops on top of dry soup, overlapping if necessary. Spoon cream of mushroom soup over chops and spread evenly.

Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour. Stir gravy before serving.

Serves 8. (Or two meals for 4.)

*I find a whole package of dry soup mix to make the recipe a little too salty, so I usually cut back to just half a package.
