I'm not even sure I could get a pan as big as that here, but I'll have to look now, it does get a bit tedius baking three and four loaves a week.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16340429187911872470noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5511897216767402899.post-43828983817552590542009-06-02T12:15:59.556-05:002009-06-02T12:15:59.556-05:00I wish I was more motivated to cook my own bread. ...I wish I was more motivated to cook my own bread. I flattened them out on the counter using just my hands and a little cooking spray if they got sticky. Then I cooked them in a dry skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes each side or until they got a few brown spots on them. That's it!

My pullman loaf pans were a Christmas gift. I'm pretty sure the came from Ace Hardware, but I haven't seen any there for a while. They were made by Chicago Metallic.

Here's a link to something similar. The smaller loaves just don't last long with 5 of us!Janellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01045666703675046860noreply@blogger.com
